The apartment complex is located in an elevated position approximately a 2-minute walk from the centre of Gumbet and its many bars, shops and restaurants. The local beach is about a six-minute walk away and local transport with links to Bodrum and other nearby resorts is a couple of minutes' walk from the complex. Milas Bodrum Airport is approximately 35 km away. These friendly, family-run apartments were refurbished in 2011 and are built in low-rise blocks on an incline, around the outdoor pool. The premises are air-conditioned and guests are welcomed in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services. Facilities at this aparthotel include a currency exchange, games room, a couple of bars and a restaurant. Guests can also take advantage of the Internet access, room service (fees apply) and the car park. There is a total of 46 guest rooms at the establishment.
